Director of Nursing (DON) A nursing home located in Deerfield Beach, FL area is seeking to hire an experienced full time Director of Nursing. Director of Nursing (DON) Duties Include: (but are not limited to) Access analyze and develop systems within the nursing department. Responsible for oversight of the daily clinical and administrative operations of the nursing department to assure that each resident receives the necessary care and services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing in accordance with their comprehensive plan of care.
