Responsibilities of the Nursing Assistant:

·Assist with nutrition, hydration, movement, hygiene, and other daily living needs.

·Keep patient living areas clean and sterile.

·Monitor and report changes in vital signs, eating habits, bodily functions, etc.

·Assist in safe patient transportation by walking or wheelchair.

·Move medical equipment according to patient needs.

·Answer calls for help and being a compassionate caretaker.

Nursing Assistant Requirements:

Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
Ability to communicate effectively.
