We’re actively seeking a CMT – Certified Medication Technician to join our dedicated clinical team and help us continue to raise the bar in resident-centered healthcare.

Pay Range: $18.50 – $21.50/hour

What You’ll Do as a CMT:

• Administer and assist residents with self-administration of prescribed medications under RN/LPN supervision
• Monitor, document, and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with all regulations
• Promote resident safety and well-being in all aspects of care
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Encourage social engagement and foster a positive community environment
• Supervise and support CNA staff and provide direct care when needed
• Transport residents to meals and activities and assist with feeding when required
• Conduct regular resident rounds and follow up on care needs

What You’ll Need:

• Current Missouri (MO) Certified Medication Technician (CMT) license
• A passion for elder care and a team-focused mindset
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
