The RN Case Manager will work closely with patients, families, healthcare providers, and the clinic charge nurse to ensure patients leave with all necessary information and are well-supported during their recovery process. The role includes coordinating post-operative care, answering patient inquiries regarding surgery, and ensuring timely discharge planning. Qualifications Job Requirements: ADN required with current RN licensure Two (2) years prior clinical experience, preferably in case management environment(s) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified
