CNA Job Responsibilities * Performs all direct services in compliance with the patient's care plan. * Helps residents with their personal hygiene such as, but not limited to mouth care, foot care, eye and ear care. * Make bed rounds on all assigned residents and report status to nurse. * Report all changes in residents condition. * Record the residents food and liquid intake. * Ensures prompt answer to residents calls, address resident issues promptly. * Report all accidents or incidents during their shift. * Take vital signs, measure pulse rates , respiration and blood pressure. * Gathering of medical supplies. * Assists patients to meet their nutritional and hydration requirements. * Transporting and moving patients, including helping them get into wheelchairs or beds. * Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients.
