We also consider RNs without a BSN based on clinical experience and with approval from the Chief Nursing Officer. Experience: At least one year of nursing experience, or completion of the Legacy Health RN Residency program (or equivalent program). Skills & Qualities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to navigate and utilize electronic health systems. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities — because in this role, every day is different, and your expertise will make all the difference. Licensure Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA).
