What You’ll Do:

  • Provide and oversee high-quality resident-centered care
  • Support residents through admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Accurately document care and communicate updates to families
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and DOH regulations

Qualifications:

  • Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
