About the Position:

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a 16-year-old female patient in Verona, PA. The patient is supported by a warm and welcoming family in an excellent home environment. This is a meaningful opportunity for a nurse looking to make a lasting difference through ongoing, personalized care.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Seizure monitoring
  • Medication administration
  • Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Monitoring and documentation
  • Communicating with family and healthcare team

Available Shifts:

  • Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday: 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
  • CPR certification
