· NYS Registered Nurse

· This is a position that would go between areas in the regions of Orange County

o Assessments must be done in person during hours that are acceptable to the home/residents

o Paperwork can be potentially done remotely

· Experience in doing UAS assessment to achieve RUG scores as it relates to physical/occupational/ speech therapy STRONGLY preferred

· Experience with OASIS assessments preferred but not required
